Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RM Consulting Group LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

RM Consulting provides enterprise-grade engineering, growth architecture, and operational blueprints. Our engagement scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly defined in subsequent Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) prior to execution.

3. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, proprietary blueprints, and intellectual property generated prior to or independent of client engagements remain the exclusive property of RM Consulting. Deliverables generated specifically for a client will be governed entirely by the respective formal SOW.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RM Consulting, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your implementation of our blueprints or services outside of the agreed scope of operational support.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
